Problem przepływu wiedzy stanowi przedmiot zainteresowania badaczy lokujących swoje badania w paradygmacie RBV oraz w podejściu relacyjnym. Elementem spajającym te dwa zagadnienia jest symetryczność przepływu wiedzy w relacjach międzyorganizacyjnych. Przedstawiono w artykule schemat przepływu wiedzy w sieciach międzyorganizacyjnych, a w szczególności w sieci z wyodrębnionym centrum. Zaproponowany model przepływu wiedzy w sieci ukazuje obszary symetrycznych relacji oraz obszary relacji niesymetrycznych. Wśród głównych przyczyn powstawania asymetrii wiedzy wskazano na oportunistyczne zachowania partnerów relacji oraz zakorzenienie wiedzy.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The article presents knowledge transfer issues in inter-organizational networks. It focuses on a network with a center. The discussion combines two important areas of research. The first one concerns the RBV paradigm and the second relates to the relationship paradigm. Cohesive element is the symmetry of the knowledge flow in inter-organizational relationships. The proposed model of knowledge flow in the network shows areas of symmetrical relationships and areas of asymmetrical relations. Among the main causes of knowledge asymmetry there are indicated a lack of loyalty and knowledge embedding.(original abstract)
