Abstrakty

Celem niniejszego opracowania jest zdiagnozowanie i rozpoznanie bieżącej sytuacji w obszarze regionalnego rynku pracy oraz regionalnego środowiska społeczno - gospodarczego, w odniesieniu do sytuacji w innych województwach w kraju w świetle procesów integracyjnych z Unią Europejską. W opracowaniu skoncentrujemy się głównie na wybranych zagadnieniach odnośnie przemian trój sektorowej struktury zatrudnienia na tle procesów integrujących z Unią Europejską. (fragment tekstu)

This article is an attempt to evaluate the changes occurring in the Polish economic structure in the light of the three sectors theory. In contemporary economies the structure of world production is changing radically. Changes occurring in the world economy entail changes in the structure of employment. In highly developed countries an ever greater role in the economic structure is performed neither by the agricultural nor by the industrial but by the service sector (the three sectors theory). Paradoxically the so - called most highly industrialised countries of the world are also those with the most developed service sectors. The accession of Poland to the European Union has inaugurated a whole range of organisational adaptation processes. The structural changes made in Poland are based on the model created in the most highly developed social and economic systems. Empirical observation shows that the Polish market is and shall be subject to influences of the international development of division of labour relationships. The signifies the increasing role of the third sector in the structures of production, employment and consumption respectively, and also the ever greater importance of services in industrial and agricultural production.
