Next the author mentioned research results concerning factors influencing internationalization process of e-commerce firms. The limitations of speed in the process have been also discussed in the aspect of every four e-business models (global e-business, multinational e-business, international replication of e-business and national clicks'n'bricks models). Some of the presented researches aimed investigation which model of internationalization fits the best internationalization process of e-commerce enterprises. The lack of straightforward answer inclines undertaking further research, concerning such factors as business model of a company, the form of the international commitment of a firm and the degree of digitisation of the product. The last aspect raised in this paper is the e-client characteristic in international e-market.
