Abstrakty

The aim of this chapter is to analyse the process of a business combination, identify risks during each phase of the combination process, analyse causes and find a suitable method for risk quantification and management in each particular area. The published results have been obtained within the research project of the Czech Science Foundation no. P403/11/0447 "The Analysis of Taxation and Accounting Procedures during Mergers" implemented by the Faculty of Economics and Administration, Masaiyk University in Brno. (fragment tekstu)
