Abstrakty

Inwestycje biurowe są częścią budownictwa komercyjnego, jednego z najbardziej energochłonnych sektorów gospodarki. W ostatnich latach stosowanie wielokryterialnych systemów oceny i certyfikacji zielonych budynków biurowych stało się powszechną praktyką na wielu rynkach nieruchomości na świecie. Służą one potwierdzeniu, iż dana inwestycja może być uznana za ekologiczną. Celem artykułu było zaprezentowanie uwarunkowań i perspektyw rozwoju rynku zielonych biurowców w Polsce. Office investments are part of a commercial building, one of the most energy-intensive sectors of the economy. In recent years, the use of multi-criteria evaluation and certification of green office buildings has become common practice in many real estate markets in the world. They serve as a tool to confirm that the investment can be considered ecological. The purpose of the article was to present conditions and prospects of development of the market of green office buildings in Poland. (original abstract)
