Przedstawiono zarys ergonomii oprogramowania oraz możliwości realizacji ergonomicznego systemu informatycznego.

In this paper, the importance of modern operating environments, like MS Windows or OS/2, for the development of the user-friendly information systems is presented. These systems make both a good platform and support for End User to merging stand-alone applications in the integrated system of great utility on the one side and the GUI, which they have, guarantee the high usability through the dialog methods consistency on the other side. The short introduction presents the importance of Software Ergonomics for information systems for business. In the second part, the approaches to SE are discussed. In the third part of this paper there are the considerations of ability to realize user friendly systems presented here. The above conclusions make later, in the fourth part, the base to form the requirenmet for operating environment. In this part there are the modern operating systems as full-filling those requirenment presented. In the summary the new trends are short presented. (original abstract)
