Abstrakty

Implementacja omawianych rodzajów projektów inwestycyjnych należy do najtrudniejszych. Decydują o tym ich szczególne cechy kształtujące ich specyfikę. Projektom tym poświęca się w literaturze mniej uwagi w stosunku do inwestycji podejmowanych przez przedsiębiorstwa, dlatego celowe wydaje się omówienie tych problemów. W opracowaniu ograniczono się do wybranych zagadnień, a w szczególności do kwestii ryzyka.(fragment tekstu)

The infrastructure in Poland is neglected as well as in Central Europe, so there is a need to implement many large investment projects in the nearest future. This article deals with the main issues of these projects, particularly with the project risk problems. Special attention has been paid to the issue of risk in build, own and operate ("BOT") projects. To illustrate that problem, an example of BOT project implemented now in Poland is considered.
