Abstrakty
Informacje dotyczące kapitału intelektualnego mogą być prezentowane w formie ilościowej (numerycznej) oraz jakościowej (opisowej, w formie wykresów, zdjęć itp.) Pierwsze popularne metody pomiaru kapitału intelektualnego opierały się głównie na wielkiej liczbie wskaźników numerycznych. Autorzy tych metod pragnęli maksymalnie upodobnić je do metod stosowanych w finansach i księgowości przedsiębiorstw. Później zaczęto sobie zdawać sprawę, że istota kapitału intelektualnego wymaga zastosowanie bardziej elastycznych podejść pomiarowych. (fragment tekstu)
