The Formalization of Strategy Communication - Empirical Research Results
Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
W literaturze dotyczącej zarządzania strategicznego wiele uwagi poświęca się kwestii komunikowania o strategii. Wyniki prowadzonych badań w znacznej mierze dotyczą roli i znaczenia, jakie ma w procesie efektywnego wdrażania koncepcji rozwojowych. Niewiele prac opisuje jednak aspekt formalizacji w komunikowaniu o strategii.
In the strategic management literature much attention is paid to the communication of the strategy. The results of studies pertain, to a large extent, to the role and importance played by the communication of the strategy in the effective implementation of the concept of development. However, few studies describe the aspect of its formalization. Therefore, this article fills a gap in this area, considering issues related to the results achieved by companies declaring the use of formal communication tools. The purpose of this article is to identify those elements of the development and implementation of strategies, which are significantly affected by the application of formalization in strategy communication. Formalization is meant both as the use of formal tools and media, as well as the presentation of the strategy to employees in an organized manner (e.g. during regular sessions, meetings, trainings).
