Abstrakty
Jednym z zadań, które pojawiają się w toku zarówno realizacji, jak i usprawniania procesów biznesowych jest obiektywna ocena stanu organizacji. (...) Wprowadzenie do organizacji jakichkolwiek rozwiązań bez uprzedniego przygotowania z reguły powoduje utrwalenie niekorzystnych rozwiązań lub - znacznie częściej - powiększenie istniejącego bałaganu. Usprawniając organizację nie można przeskoczyć pewnych etapów. Przykładowo, nie ma sensu wprowadzanie systemu zarządzania procesami tam, gdzie procesy nie zostały zdefiniowane, działania są sterowane przez doraźne pomysły, a pracownicy nie mają podstawowych umiejętności wykorzystania komputerów. W opracowaniu przedstawiono propozycję rozszerzenia modelu BPMM (Business Process Maturity Model) do oceny dojrzałości procesowej jednostek administracji publicznej. (fragment tekstu)
