Niniejsza praca zawiera informacje na temat pracy VIII grupy tematycznej - "Społeczne aspekty stan roli samorządu jako współczynnik dynamiki społecznej. Doświadczenia z rozwoju ruchów samorządowych w Polsce (szczególnie tych z samorządu robotniczego / są stosowane realizacja społeczna i ekonomiczna. Wymaga to równoległego pojawienia ducha reformatorskiego w podobnym stanie umysłu w hierarchii panującej we wspólnym poszukiwaniu Kolejna część przedstawia rolę i znaczenie samoistnego czynnika wzrostu. Jego istnienie i obszar, na którym jest, wydaje się tworzyć pewien próg który dotyczy bardziej efektywnego działania gospodarki jako całości, niż w ramach dotychczasowego systemu gospodarczego.(fragment tekstu)

The paper is made up of 4 parts. The first, provides information about the work of the VIII th topic group - "Social and political aspects of economic growth". The second part discusses self-government movements of the 1956-80 period and high lights the role of self-government as a factor of social dynamics. Experiences of the development of self-government movements in Poland (especially those of workers' self-government,/ are used as a oasis to formulate the important conclusion that the implementation of a socially and economically optimal variant of the introduction of changes in the system, calls for the parallel appearance of grass-roots reformative spirit, and a similar state of mind in the ruling hierarchy in their joint search for compromises. The fourth part presents the role and significance of the spontaneous factor in growth. Its existence and the area where, it is present seem to create a certain threshold of quaranty as concerns a more efficient performance of the economy as a whole, than under the hitherto economic system.(original abstract)
