Abstrakty
W tym artykule zamierzamy pokazać, że paradygmaty teorii cen i kosztów transakcji, stanowiące podstawy metodologiczne większości dociekań prowadzonych w czołowych pismach ekonomicznych na świecie, nie pozwalają na tworzenie modeli teoretycznych oraz na spory teoretyczne wystarczająco dobrze wyjaśniające funkcjonowanie i zmiany w polskiej gospodarce (jak też w innych transformujących się gospodarkach świata).(fragment tekstu)
The author attempts in the article to demonstrate that the paradigm of prices and transaction costs that serve as the methodological base for most investigations dealt with in major economic theory periodicals, do not permit to construct theoretical models which would satisfactorily explain the functioning of, and the changes in the economies of Poland and other countries where the processes of systemic transformations are going on. The controversies on the extent of participation of the state in the economy of Poland, the pace and extent of privatization and the degree of regulation and deregulation might be easier to be settled and explained using the methodological base, which is presented in the article and proposed to be called the theory of costs of transition.
