Zaprezentowano wyniki analizy struktury absolwentów Podyplomowego Studium Ekonomiki i Organizacji Turystyki . Studium posiadało charakter ponadlokalny nie ograniczając się do kształcenia i doszkalania kadr zatrudnionych w województwie miejskim krakowskim.

The thesis presents a typical profile of the participant of the postgraduate course of economics and tourist management of the Cracow Academy of Economics which was operative between 1972 and 1982 and which released 204 diplomas. Analysis of the structure of the students is based on the following criteria: sex, age, place of birth, education, duration of employment in the tourist industry, position, communication in (any) foreign langauages, organization membership. Assessment has also been made of factors of educational effectiveness at each enrollment. The results justify claims that the course had a wide appeal drawing its participants from many regions of the country. It constituted an important link in the process of educating a competent staff for the tourist industry. (original abstract)
