Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
The intergenerational succession of ownership and control is a characteristic feature of the family business. An ill-prepared succession or faults occurring in the course of succession may significantly reduce the company's value. A proper structuring of the company's governing bodies - by introducing managers from outside the family supported by a supervisory board dominated by family members - can help ensure the stability of the family business.(original abstract)
