Abstrakty
Podstawą współczesnego zarządzania jest zrozumienie przez kadrę kierowniczą faktu, że tylko te organizacje mogą się rozwijać, które będą znały potrzeby rynku oraz odpowiednio do nich będą potrafiły dostosować swoje zasoby i pokonać przy tym swych konkurentów. Należy jednak zauważyć, że konkurencja i globalizacja rynku zmieniły nie tylko zasady funkcjonowania rynku, ale także wymagają odpowiednich zmian w zachowaniu się organizacji na rynku.(fragment tekstu)
At the core of modern management is an understanding by the management of the fact that only those organizations can develop that will know the needs of the market and according to them, will be able to customize their resources and overcome their competitors. Innovative activities should be entered in the company's strategy thus ensuring its survival and effective response to changes in the market. Strategy is the bridge between the objective - creating value and effectiveness of the use of enterprise resources in innovative activities of the company. These studies have provided valuable knowledge, including knowledge, they are not fully aware of the employees and staff of the surveyed companies.(original abstract)
