Abstrakty

W ostatnich latach znaczenie zagranicznych inwestycji bezpośrednich (ZIB) Chińskiej Republiki Ludowej zaczęło systematycznie wzrastać na całym świecie - z końcem 2012 roku łączna wartość ZIB Państwa Środka przekroczyła 500 mld USD [The Heritage Foundation 2013]. Trend wzrostowy stał się szczególnie widoczny po ogłoszonej w 2000 roku strategii Going Global. W efekcie jej wprowadzenia powstały wyspecjalizowane instytucje odpowiedzialne za wsparcie inwestycji, zawarto także liczne porozumienia gospodarcze. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest podsumowanie zmian w polityce bezpośrednich inwestycji zagranicznych Chin po roku 1979 oraz identyfikacja czynników decydujących o rosnącej roli chińskich ZIB.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The aim of this article is to summarize the policy of foreign direct investment by China. Deep reforms relating to the adjustment of its FDI strategy to the development model of the Chinese economy were implemented after the year 2000. The factors that have played a particularly important role in creating the upward trend of Chinese FDI include the establishment of institutions responsible for investment financing, numerous bilateral economic agreements with countries all over the world, and introducing a support strategy for overseas investments. The current investment policy has proved to be successful but further reforms will be required in the near future.(original abstract)
