Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest zidentyfikowanie wyłaniającej się nowej perspektywy na zarządzanie organizacją - spojrzenie przez pryzmat twórczości organizacyjnej i komputerowego jej wspomagania. Realizacja tak sformułowanego celu wymagała przedstawienia naukowych podstaw twórczości organizacyjnej. Zaprezentowano nowatorskie podejście do zagadnienia twórczości organizacyjnej, które otwiera się w ramach strategicznego podejścia zasobowego. Równocześnie zaproponowano rozpatrywanie twórczości organizacyjnej w kategoriach dynamicznych zdolności organizacji. Rozważania dały asumpt do zidentyfikowania roli ICT we wspomaganiu twórczości organizacyjnej, a także luki poznawczej, jaka istnieje w tym zakresie.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The main purpose of the paper is to identify the new emerging perspective on management - an organizational creativity and its computer support. We have investigated the organizational creativity issue from the strategic research base view and proposed to explain the organizational creativity as a dynamic capabilities of an organization. They mean the adoption for changing environment through acquiring new resources and creating new configurations from them. Our considerations have given an assumption for the identification the role of ICT in organizational creativity computer support, as well as the research gap in this area.(original abstract)
