Abstrakty
Marketing interesował się emocjami niemal od samego początku. Wówczas emocje były wiązane z efektami reklamowymi i niektórymi zachowaniami zakupowymi. Obecnie są one uznawane za problem strategiczny, który determinuje koncepcję zarządzania marketingowego. Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie tendencji rozwoju interpretacji emocji w marketingu, które mogą skutkować zmianą filozofii marketingu.(abstrakt oryginalny)
Marketing was interested in emotions almost from the beginning. Initially, the emotions were associated with the effects of advertising and certain buyer behaviors. Today, they are recognized as a strategic issue, which determines the concept of marketing management. The aim of the paper is to present the development trend of the interpretation of emotions in marketing, which may result in changes in marketing philosophy.(original abstract)
