Abstrakty
Including the random noises in alternatives (of the decisions in SD convention), makes possible to investigate the influence of such a noise on value of main variables in system, specially values on objective functions (in optimization experiments). In our opinion this is not only the one way of extended SD into "noise" direction. It seems possible to investigate the noises in transformation of information (from levels, environment) or noises in applying the decision rule to determine the value of rate (mistakes for example not only making by man but by automated-regulation systems too).
