Sieci jako strukturalne uwarunkowanie międzyorganizacyjnego uczenia się w literaturze światowej

Abstrakty

Badając publikacje w literaturze światowej z lat 1996-2005 na temat międzyorganizacyjnego uczenia się (interorganizational learning) autor zauważył, że w tekście ponad 84% publikacji wraz z tym terminem występuje również termin sieć {network). Czy tak silny związek między dwoma terminami sugeruje, że międzyorganizacyjne uczenie się odbywa się głównie w strukturze sieci? Czy istnieje pojęcie uczenia się sieci analogicznie do uczenia się organizacji? W artykule przedstawiono różne pojęcia sieci jako struktury warunkującej międzyorganizacyjne uczenie się. Zwrócono uwagę na odrębność pojęć uczenia się sieci - network learning, sieci uczącej się - learning network oraz sieciowego uczenia się. (fragment tekstu)
