Artykuł stanowi przegląd literatury w kontekście badań odnoszonych do terytorium (regionalnych), prowadzonych z jednej strony w zakresie inteligentnego rozwoju (filarów: inteligentna specjalizacja, kreatywne regiony, innowacyjność), a z drugiej dotyczących odporności na kryzys ekonomiczny oraz podejść, w których elementy inteligentnego rozwoju zestawiane są ze zjawiskiem kryzysu ekonomicznego.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The article presents the review of literature references in terms of the research covering a given (regional) territory performed, on the one hand, with regard to smart growth (the pillars: smart specialization, creative regions, innovation) and, on the other, referring to economic resilience as well as the concepts within which smart growth components are presented against the phenomena of economic crisis.(original abstract)
