Abstrakty
Entrepreneurship is a process by which decision-makers pursue opportunities, fulfilling needs and wants through innovation, accept risks and business growth in the long term. The paradigm of entrepreneurship has been built up of five components: knowledge, know-how, motivation, conditions and responsibility. Synchronize those components give a synergistic effect. Information plays the crucial role in shaping entrepreneurial' activities. Information technology is the means by which information is acquired, organized, stored, manipulated and transmitted. Three advances of information technology are having major impact on managerial communication: Internet, intranets and groupware. Four kinds of communications networks can develop in groups and teams: the wheel, the chain, the circle, and the all-channel network. (original abstract)
