The paper shows the basics problems connected with the risk management in the implementations of Integrated Management Information Systems (IMIS). Tlie parts of this process are risk identification, estimation, evaluation and risk reduction. Moreover, the paper describes strategies of risk management with method that let to choose from them the best one for each risk factor.(author's abstract)
