The study is aimed at the simulative analysis of decision-making process in the construction company. The studied company provides constructions as a general constructor and is active as a subcontractor. It specializes in reinforced concrete constructions. For two years there have been five branch offices in Poland and three abroad. Before, the company had three branch offices: two at home and one abroad. An increase of production in the company has last been observed.(fragment of text)
