Abstrakty
Trust or their lack becomes one of the basic phenomena of explaining behavior in an organizational context. The ability to build relationships based on trust is considered a significant value , due to the fact that it reduces transaction costs and leads to the creation of new ideas. Many authors have also indicated a link between high levels of trust and innovation as key factors for the formation of innovation such as creativity, knowledge sharing , organizational learning, the introduction of new ideas and cooperation are dependent on trust. The purpose of this paper is to present the impact of different dimensions of trust on proinnovative culture in the examined entity or Carpathian Gas Engineering Company. To obtain answers to the research questions empirical studies using a questionnaire was conducted that enabled the creation of an econometric model of the impact of trust related factors on innovation-oriented culture.
