Abstrakty

Celem opracowania jest prezentacja idei zielonego budownictwa oraz jego znaczenia ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem nieruchomości przedsiębiorstw. Artykuł składa się z części stanowiącej przegląd literatury przedmiotu oraz części składającej się z syntetycznej prezentacji zielonego budownictwa w USA oraz analizy wyników działań w ramach Green Building Programme (GBP), uruchomionego przez Komisję Europejską w roku 2005 jako inicjatywa ukierunkowana na poprawę efektywności energetycznej budynków o charakterze niemieszkalnym. W artykule zarysowano istotę egzystencji "zielonego trendu" w budownictwie oraz główne przesłanki realizacji przedsięwzięć zwiększających efektywność energetyczną nieruchomości korporacyjnych. The aim of the paper is to present the idea of green buildings and their significance with particular consideration of corporate real estate. The paper consists of the part being the review of the literature of the subject and the part consisting of synthetic presentation of green buildings in the USA and the analysis of the results of actions in the framework of Green Building Programme (GBP) activated by the European Committee in 2005 as an initiative focused on improvement of energy efficiency in buildings of a non-residential type. In the paper there is presented the essence of the existence of 'green trend' in the building industry and the main reasons of realization of undertakings increasing energy efficiency of corporate real estate.
