Nie-mniej jednak wciąż napotykają one na liczne bariery i mają mniejsze możliwości na rynku pracy niż mężczyźni. Various projects prove that women have been playing a significant role in the European Union economy over the last decade. Unfortunately they still face barriers and lower opportunities then men. Even though there has been an overall increase in female employment across all EU countries, women still make up most of the workforce in lower paid service sectors. (fragment of text)
