Abstrakty

Jak wynika z badań, sukces wdrożenia systemu ERP (ang. Enterprise Resource Planning) jest uzależniony od wielu czynników związanych zarówno z rodzajem działalności operacyjnej prowadzonej przez firmę, jak i sposobem zarządzania projektem wdrożenia ERP. Implementacja systemu ERP zawsze związana jest z transferem wiedzy i technologii do przedsiębiorstwa. W artykule tym przedstawiono metodykę wdrożenia systemu ERP zorientowaną na korzyści MŚP oraz dokonano oceny roli tych systemów w transferze know-how i technologii. (abstrakt oryginalny)

In this paper a methodology of implementation of ERP system in the small and medium enterprices is desscribed. The metodology is based on benefits analysis and take into accout implementation of a new technoloy and know-how during the ERP implementation process.The main assumption is that the implementation of the ERP system will be developed together with the developing of the enterprise.
