Abstrakty
The purpose of this paper is to present some case study of optimization and simulation for supporting of learning. The model named DYNBALANCE(3-1-III) was chosen, like the object by many simulation and optimization experiments usying language COSMIC and COSMOS. Some of the optimization techniques of this packet were applied by authors, on the case of model DYNBALANCE(3- l-III). The results were analyzing in the context of supporting of learning in complex, nonlinear, multi-level economic systems. At the end some conclusions were formulated. (original abstract)
Celem pracy jest zaprezentowanie pewnego przypadku wykorzystania optymalizacji i symulacji dla wspomagania uczenia się w organizacji. Wybrano model o nazwie DYNBALANCE(3-1-III) oraz język symulacyjny COSMIC wraz z pakietem optymalizacyjnym COSMOS. Przeanalizowano wyniki eksperymentów w kontekście wspomagania procesu uczenia się w organizacji. (abstrakt oryginalny)
