In work the comparative analysis of systems of the taxation of legal entities, conditions of creation of the enterprises of the Republic of Poland and the Russian Federation is carried out. The general provisions allowing subjects of the taxation to interact at creation and use of schemes of optimization of taxes are revealed. Fundamental differences in system of taxes of two countries, uses of privileges creating possibility and the separate differentiated provisions for a choice of optimum location and business conditions are defined. Universal ways of optimization of taxes are collected in the uniform list. The author's technique of an assessment of expediency and efficiency of ways of decrease in the taxes, constructed on an assessment of universal criterion is approved. On the basis of the executed calculations possibility of ways of decrease in taxes of one country for the enterprises of other country is shown. (original abstract)
