Enterprise in order to become more efficient and agile should try to adapt real time operations into its business processes. Real Time Enterprise to act in real time mainly relies on IT infrastructure. It is possible with the help of advanced technology. One of the problems to switch onto real time is the obsolete technology infrastructure of the organization including data base technologies, To achieve proper performance of RTE there should be delivered up to date technological architecture. Existing systems provide a foundation of basic business functionality, and this is being combined with new information technology to create systems that enable companies to sense and respond immediately to important events in their environments. The solution for Real Time Enterprise may be the zero latency enterprise framework architecture.Real Time Enterprise is a term first introduced by Gartner Group. RTE is an organization that can react in real time to customer interactions and business processes. RTE consists of multiple products and such enterprise requires new applications and application services designed to immediately process changes in information. These services are called business event-driven, where a business event is any significant change in business data or conditions. Such services require new technologies and capabilities, such as event communications services.[SKEE98] The another term that is used to describe the enterprise that functions in real time may be the term zero latency enterprise which characterize the company that has removed latency from its operations. Gartner defines ZLE as the following "in a real time, zero latency enterprise, information is delivered to the right place at the right time for maximum business value"(fragment of text)
