Macroeconomic Linkages Among Public Investment, Economic Growth, Deficit and Public Debt

Abstrakty
W artykule zaprezentowano podstawowe koncepcje ekonomiczne (teorie, modele) podejmujące problematykę badania relacji zachodzących pomiędzy inwestycjami publicznymi, deficytem i długiem oraz wzrostem gospodarczym. Zaprezentowano poglądy czołowych przedstawicieli przeciwstawnych szkół ekonomicznych zajmujących się tym zagadnieniem. Zwrócono uwagę na niejednorodność poglądów i badań. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The article presents the basic economic concepts (theories, models) addressing the problem of the study of relations between public investments, deficit and debt, and economic growth. The views of leading representatives of the opposing schools of economics dealing with the issue have been presented. The heterogeneity of views and research has been pointed out. (original abstract)
