Tourism 'Death Space' and Thanatourism in Poland

Tourism space organizers use 'death space' for the purpose of creating tourism attractions and products in response to market demand. The article presents a short review of research into thanatourism and the use of 'death space' for tourism purposes in Europe and Poland, as well as selected examples of tourism assets and attractions related to death included as a part of Poland's tourism potential and of cultural tourism.(original abstract)
