Abstrakty
Podmioty medycyny pracy realizują zadania obligatoryjne przedsiębiorców w zakresie medycyny pracy oraz zadania nieobligatoryjne, wynikające z potrzeb zdrowotnych pracowników konkretnych przedsiębiorstw. Prawnie usankcjonowana dowolność pracodawców w Polsce co do wyboru jednostki medycyny pracy w celu zawarcia z nią umowy na świadczenia wywołuje konkurencję między nimi. W warunkach rynkowych kluczowym argumentem jest uzasadnienie ekonomiczne oferowanych produktów. Uzyskanie dowodów skuteczności i efektywności ekonomicznej świadczeń dla odbiorców stanowi argument decyzyjny. Celem artykułu jest prezentacja istoty i kluczowych zagadnień związanych z tworzeniem uzasadnienia biznesowego z perspektywy jednostek medycyny pracy. Uzasadnienie biznesowe w wielu krajach UE stanowi argument na rzecz wdrażania programów ochrony zdrowia pracowników.(abstrakt oryginalny)

Occupational health services (OHS) units consist of obligatory companies tasks and nonobligatory tasks as the results of employees health needs in a given company. Due to legal regulation responsibility for the choice of OHS unit in order to contract services to companies, OHS units compete to contract services and collect income. The key argument in the market competitiveness is the presentation of business case for offered products. The evidence of effectiveness and economic efficiency of OHS products is the decision argument also for purchaser. The aim of the article is to present the concept and key issues of business case from OHS unit perspective. Business case in OHS is considered as the critical point in occupational health programs implementation in the EU countries.(original abstract)
