W niniejszym artykule zostanie zaprezentowana tematyka efektywności rynku, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem odstępstw od obowiązującego podejścia, które w teorii finansów określane są mianem anomalii rynku kapitałowego. Praca koncentruje się na kluczowym aspekcie współczesnych finansów, jakim niewątpliwie są rozważania na temat hipotezy efektywności rynku. (fragment tekstu)
