Abstrakty

Summing up all considerations included in the article, one may state that IS security should be the subject of efficient management, system thinking about security management and arrangement of all the employees is necessary as well, and especially the knowledge of this issue by managerial staff. It is directly connected with shaping organizational culture directed at protection of confidential information resources of enterprise. In the article it was underscored that none of technical and technological solution will reduce threats resulting from features of human personality, and every strategy which do not perceive this dependency is doomed. That is why one should remember that trained employees may become ideal element of company's security management strategy. In connection with it there should be assured that employees will work in appropriate organizational culture, aware of the issues connected with IS security of enterprise. (fragment tekstu)
