Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie wybranych mechanizmów zarządzania gospodarką w Unii Europejskiej (UE), jak również prześledzenie głównych tendencji w tym zakresie dokonujących się pod wpływem kryzysu gospodarczego (2008-2010). W szczególności skupiono się na kwestii skuteczności zarządzania w UE. Ponadto przedstawiono skutki inicjowanych zmian dla krajów peryferyjnych, które znajdują się w środkowo-wschodniej części kontynentu. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The article aims to present selected mechanisms of economy management in the European Union as well as to examine major tendencies taking place under the influence of the economic crisis (2008-2010). The author concentrates especially on the issue of effectiveness of management in the EU. Moreover, he presents the consequences of changes initiated for the peripheral countries, i.e. those which are in the Central and Eastern Europe. (original abstract)
