In our study, we stem from a holistic paradigm that regards the golfer's own life is the realization of personal freedom belonging to the highest values of a young individual. In the life span of young golfer at the Youth Training Center appear situations defining future direction of the player's sport development. The objective of our study is to grasp and describe those markers in the lifespan of young golfers in chosen Youth Training Centers, which may affect their sport carrier. The paper outlines questions of the methods of focus groups and life line method and perspectives of those uses in support of the development of young sportsmen's professional sport carrier in CGF clubs, particularly through the CHG Youth Training Centers. The interventions based on implementations of the outcomes of the recent study are intended to provide the more sustainable career for both, golf players and coaches as well as the golf sport managers. W naszej pracy wychodzimy od paradygmatu holistycznego, który uznaje, że własne życie golfisty jest realizacją wolności osobistej należącej do najwyższych wartości młodej osoby. W życiu młodego golfisty z Ośrodka Szkolenia Młodzieży pojawiają się sytuacje określające przyszły kierunek sportowego rozwoju zawodnika. Celem naszej pracy jest uchwycenie i opisanie tych wskaźników w życiu młodych golfistów w wybranych Ośrodkach Szkolenia Młodzieży, które mogą mieć wpływ na ich karierę sportową. Niniejszy artykuł porusza kwestię metod grup fokusowych oraz metodę linii życia, a także perspektywy ich wykorzystania we wspieraniu rozwoju profesjonalnej kariery sportowej młodych sportowców w klubach CGF, w szczególności poprzez Ośrodki Szkolenia Młodzieży CHG. Interwencje oparte na zastosowaniu wyników niedawnych badań mają na celu zapewnienie bardziej zrównoważonej kariery zarówno golfistom, trenerom, jak i menedżerom sportu golfowego.
