Abstrakty
Podstawowy cel, jakim jest określenie wpływu systemów zarządzania jakością na innowacyjność przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjnego, został zdekomponowany na następujące cele szczegółowe. Są nimi: analiza czynników wspierających innowacyjność przedsiębiorstwa, przegląd mierników mających zastosowania przy ocenie innowacyjności przedsiębiorstwa, analiza relacji: system zarządzania jakością-innowacyjność przedsiębiorstwa, sposób pomiaru stopnia innowacyjności przedsiębiorstwa, opracowanie formuły umożliwiającej rozgraniczenie działań proinnowacyjnych w ramach systemu zarządzania jakością, sformułowania wniosków dotyczących wpływu systemu zarządzania jakością na innowacyjność przedsiębiorstwa.
