Abstrakty

W niniejszym artykule omówiono reformy, które zmierzają do aktywnej roli planowania w kształtowaniu rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego kraju i regionów.

In the article there have been presented changes in the French planning system introduced in 1981 by the present coalition Government. She author gives an interpretation of the Planning Reform Act of July 29th, 1982 and its new approach towards planning. In particular, attention is being paid to the decentralization of the French planning system and the application of the newly-created regional planning. The author focuses her attention on the procedures of framing both national and regional plans, as well as on the measures necessary to secure their subsequent implementation. Great emphasis is put on such changes in the planning system as might enhance the active role of planning in the economic and social development of France. (original abstract)
