Use of a notion of temporary jurisdiction in research over administrative law is recommended because of a possibility of separating this kind of jurisdiction in the context of functioning of the public administration, as well as because of a particular meaning of the temporary jurisdiction for determination of an organ appropriate for handling specific matters. Problems connected with the temporary jurisdiction are at present in a series of regulations of the Polish administrative law, as well as in the international law. Authors referring mainly to regulations on the administrative and court- administrative procedure, present arguments on grounds of using the notion of the temporary jurisdiction.(original abstract)
