Wspomaganie doboru metod sterowania operacyjnego dla wybrane- go rozwiazania optymalnego rozpoczyna ostatnia faze opisanego cyklu kontrolingu operacyjnego kształtowania procesów. Skuteczne wdroze- nie metod kształtowania procesów operacyjnych wymaga wspomagania planowania, organizowania, sterowania i kontrolowania realizacji dzia- łan w łancuchu dostaw28. Przedstawiony cykl kontrolingu operacyjnego ukierunkowany na wartosc produktu charakteryzuje uniwersalne zasto- sowanie. Moze byc wykorzystany zarówno w odniesieniu do osiagania wartosci produktów fi nalnych dostarczanych klientowi, jak i produktów kazdego z procesów w wewnetrznym i zewnetrznym łancuchu dostaw.(fragment tekstu)

The product value is created as a result of producing and delivering pro- cesses that using up assets (resources) during value creating in supply chains. Managers have to control and shape processes and resources at the planning stage in supply chain to achieve high effi ciency at the assumed product value. Presented methods for translating customer value into supply chain value and system loop-back connecting value analysis with value stream mapping allow to integrate value management. Enterprises based on proposed methods and relationships can make rational decision about expenditures that are ap- propriate to created value and in this way to control effi ciency of capital and assets. An integrated view allows to better understand what generates costs and incomes in supply chain and better interpret fi nancial and operations measures of enterprise. The operations analysis (resources, processes and products) and loop-back of value analysis (including incomes and costs), making up an impor- tant part of real system of value chain management in a company. The ability to create and increase product value in supply chain depends on the ability to control of supply chain processes and shape resources, processes and products based on results of value stream mapping.(original abstract)
