W publikacji przedstawiono problematykę wdrażania systemów klasy ERP w przedsiębiorstwie, wskazując na złożoność budowy systemów takiej klasy. Autorzy dokonali także analizy wielowymiarowych i ściśle współzależnych czynników procesu zarządzania zmianami w kontekście uwarunkowań systemowych, organizacyjnych i informatycznych.
