Abstrakty
(fragment tekstu)
EN
Globalization and rapid changes in the operating (economic and technological) environment of contemporary enterprises contribute to establishing both vertical and horizontal business relations. Competitors enter into inter-organizational relationships and initiate co-opetition. The development and stability of such relationships and the competitive advantage achieved by cooperative partners are largely determined by cultural factors. In view of the above, the objective of this study was to characterize nature of inter-organizational cooperation and to evaluate the impact of cultural diversity on their effectiveness.
