Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiono koncepcję micro-foundations w teorii zarządzania strategicznego. Omówiono istotę oraz punkty odniesienia w koncepcji, zaprezentowano postulowaną w literaturze przedmiotu ideę wykorzystania micro-foundations jako narzędzia do wyjaśniania zjawisk na poziomie makro oraz przedstawiono ograniczenia koncepcji i problemy badawcze w tym obszarze. The article presents the concept of micro-foundations in strategic management theory. The essence and points of reference in the concept were described. The idea postulated in the literature due to using microfoundations as a tool of explaining macro-level phenomena as well as the micro-foundations concept limitations and research problems in this field were also presented.
