Abstrakty
W artykule definiowano pojęcie zaufania w różnych dziedzinach. Zdefiniowano także zaufanie międzyorganizacyjne i objaśniono to pojęcie z zastosowaniem teorii rozszerzania granic. Przeprowadzono krytyczną analizę literatury dotyczącej zaufania międzyorganizacyjnego. Analiza została przeprowadzona na podstawie publikacji recenzowanych i opublikowanych w bazach EBSCO, PROQUEST, ELSEVIER i Wiley-Blackwell. W pracy zastosowano elementy metaanalizy w zakresie relacji pomiędzy zaufaniem a efektywnością i zaufaniem a specyfiką aktywów. Określono zarządzanie ryzykiem oparte na zaufaniu jako możliwym do rozwoju kierunku badawczym w ramach zarządzania operacyjnego. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The paper consist of recapitulation of the term "trust' in diversified approach. The interorganizational trust has been also defined and explained with application of theory of boundary spanning. The critical review of literature referred to interorganizational trust has been presented in this paper. The analysis has been conducted on the basis of reviewed publications, which are publish in datasets of: EBSCO, PROQUEST, ELSEVIER and Wiley-Blackwell. The paper includes the partial meta-analysis of trust an performance and trust and asset specificity. The risk management based on trust has been identified as future research. (original abstract)
