Abstrakty
Rozpocznijmy od omówienia przyczyn, które sprawiły, że uwzględnienie czynnika ekologicznego w naukach ekonomicznych stało się koniecznością. Główną przyczyną jest tu wielkość zagrożeń ekologicznych widocznych zarówno w skali świata, jak i Polski. O zagrożeniu środowiska naturalnego na skalę światową świadczy to, że problem ekologiczny już od wielu lat uznaje się powszechnie za tzw. problem globalny, a więc taki, który w przypadku nierozwiązania zagraża egzystencji ludzkiej na znacznych obszarach Ziemi, a w skrajnej sytuacji nawet naszemu gatunkowi. Do takich zagrożeń należy zaliczyć zjawisko efektu cieplarnianego, niszczenie warstwy ozonowej, niszczenie lasów, erozję gleb oraz postępujący deficyt wody. (fragment tekstu)
The article contains the interesting discussion over the reasons, forms and consequences of including ecology to economic science. The amount of ecological threat creates a platform for the discussion. They are the following: the greenhouse effect, ozone layer depletion, forest destruction, soil erosion and growing water shortage. The autor believes that the economics system is closely bound up with ecology, which provides natural resources and consumption. It is the natural environment economics that combines all the corelations between economic processes and the natural environment. The paper presents the problem of lawering the ecological dangers through implementation of sustainable development. This involves following three principles that refer to: a. the size of management processes, b. renewable resources, c. unrenewable resources (mineral resources). At the end of his writing the author focuses his attention on the issue of the Poland's severe ecological impact on the world's natural balance. When asked what was achieved within the environmental protection in Poland in the years 1989-1992, he points out to: higher decrease rate of the pollution emission that of economic activity, different trend in the GNP concerning expenditure in percent on the environmen-tal protection. Since the curriculum of natural environment economics does not include enough number of hours, the author advises the lecturers of other subjects to introduce ecological issues. This is bound to make the graduates friendly to the environment. (original abstract)
