This paper does not claim to be the most thorough study of bureaucracy from the cultural perspective. It is rather an attempt to use some examples and cases that help to proof that bureaucracy existing in every place in the world, apart from its social end economic aspect posesses also the cultural face. However, we try desperately to separate from stereotypes and thus the more typical patterns of behaviour in bureaucratic environment were described.(original abstract)
