Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie ewolucji relacji między sektorem małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw a sektorem bankowym w Unii Europejskiej, jak również przedstawienie europejskiej specyfiki mikrokredytów jako jednej z platform współpracy banków z przyszłymi przedsiębiorcami. Rozważania na temat mikrokredytów udzielanych przez sektor bankowy zostaną zilustrowane przykładem gospodarki niemieckiej. (fragment tekstu)

The aim of this paper is to present the evolution of the relationship between the small and medium enterprises sector and the banking sector in the European Union, as well as to show European specificity of microcredit as one of the platforms of cooperation between banks and future entrepreneurs. The dialogue between SMEs and banks is discussed in the context of the so-called roundtable meetings between representatives of the sectors and the guidelines of the Basel Committee as well as EU regulations affecting the transparency of banks' lending policy towards the SME sector. Reflections on microcredit provided by the banking sector will be illustrated with an example of the German economy. (original abstract)
