Abstrakty

Terminem flexicurity jest określone nowe ujęcie relacji między pracodawcami a pracobiorcami na rynku pracy. Model flexicurity zakłada zachowanie równowagi elastyczności zatrudnienia i konkurencyjności przedsiębiorstw. Krajami, w których praktycznie zastosowano rozwiązania flexicunty i które aktualnie stanowią wzorzec ich stosowania, są: Dania i Holandia. Rozwiązania typu flexicurity okazały się przez długi czas, przed kryzysem i spowolnieniem, skutecznym sposobem utrzymania najniższego poziomu bezrobocia w krajach UE. Artykuł przedstawia wyniki badań przeprowadzonych nad zależnościami między stopą bezrobocia i stopniem elastyczności rynku pracy, w okresie kryzysu i spowolnienia gospodarczego po 2007 roku. The term flexicurity redefines the relationship between employers and employees in the labour market. Flexicurity attempts to strike a balance between the flexibility of employment and the competitiveness of entrepreneurs. Denmark and the Netherlands, which have successfully applied flexicurity solutions, are looked up to when it comes to the implementation of these solutions. Long before the economic crisis and downturn, flexicurity solutions had proven to be an effective tool to maintain the lowest levels of unemployment among the EU countries. The article presents the results of research on the relationships between the unemployment rate and the flexibility of labour market during the period of the economic crisis and downturn after 2007.
